**Job Title: Sales Representative**
- As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target new business opportunities in the HR sector.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.

Effectively communicate how our solution can address the specific needs of potential clients.
- Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.

Collaborate with clients to understand their HR challenges and provide tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system regularly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights.
- **Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in HR technology.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes and industry trends.

Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

**Education and Experience**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of [3] years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR technology.

**Languages**:

- Arabic: Fluent
- English: Fluent
**- Valid Qatari ID.
- Car and Driving License.
- NOC

**Experience**:

- Sales: 3 years (preferred)
