Power Platform Developer

**Role**:
POWER PLATFORM DEVELOPER (POWER APPS & POWER AUTOMATE)
**Responsibilities**:

- Power Automate Workflow Automation: Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to automate repetitive tasks, notifications, approvals, data synchronization, and integration between various systems and services.
- Data Integration: Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate with other Microsoft 365 apps (such as SharePoint, Teams, Excel), as well as external data sources (e.g., SQL databases, APIs, cloud services) to facilitate data flow and real-time data access.
- Solution Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to gather requirements and design effective Power Platform solutions that align with business objectives and comply with best practices.
- Custom Connectors and APIs: Develop custom connectors and APIs to extend the functionality of Power Apps and Power Automate and integrate with third-party services.
- Data Modeling: Create and optimize data models within Power Apps to efficiently store and manage data, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
- UI/UX Design: Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement user interface designs that deliver a visually appealing and intuitive user experience.
- Security and Compliance: Implement security measures and access controls to protect sensitive data within Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, adhering to industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and ensure a high-quality output.
- Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation, including solution architecture, design specifications, and user guides, to facilitate knowledge sharing and support future maintenance.
- User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on using Power Apps and Power Automate solutions effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest enhancements and features in the Power Platform, recommend and implement improvements to existing solutions, and explore innovative ways to leverage the platform for business benefits.

**Requirements**:

- Educational Background: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Power Apps and Power Automate are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum [3-4] years of hands-on experience in designing and developing solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Power Platform Expertise: Strong proficiency in Power Apps development, including canvas apps and model-driven apps, as well as extensive experience with Power Automate workflows.
- Data Integration Skills: Solid understanding of data integration techniques, including working with APIs, custom connectors, and data sources.
- UI/UX Design: Experience in UI/UX design principles to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
- Security and Compliance: Knowledge of data security and compliance requirements within the Power Platform environment.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop innovative and efficient solutions.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and business needs.
