**Brief Job Description**
- Security staff at this level perform advanced-level security work in
- access areas that lead into the Mental Health Hospital and in the pre[1]entry areas to the wards.
- Positions work independently or under direct supervision by a supervisor.
- Security staff have advanced knowledge of security rules, security regulations, and security procedures.
- Work in a high-stress, highly unpredictable security setting and dealing with customer/s who are under tremendous emotional strain, agitated, or dealing with mental health issues.

**Qualifications Required**:

- Minimum: Matric / Secondary School Certificate
- Security training is required from a verifiable company, agency, or organization.
- Conflict Resolution training will be mandatory after recruitment.

**Background Experience Required**:

- Minimum of 5 years of security experience in a security position in a nationally or internationally recognized security guarding company.
- The National Security Company must have more than 200 security staff in post.
- Police/Military experience can be combined with security experience, based on the following:
**Age**: Minimum age: 30 and maximum age: 50

**Language Required**:

- English as a second language.
- Arabic as a first or second language.

**Other Requirements**: This Position requires immediate joining upon selection

Pay: QAR3,800.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Security experience is required : 5 years (required)

**Language**:

- Is Arabic is your First Language (required)

**Location**:

- Doha (required)
