We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to work as Female Security in Qatar. Doha



Job Responsibilities
 Access Control & Visitor Management
  • Monitor entry and exit points to ensure only authorized persons enter the premises.
  • Conduct identification checks and register visitors appropriately.
  • Screen personal items, bags, or vehicles when required.
2. Surveillance & Patrolling
  • Conduct routine patrols around buildings, corridors, and designated zones.
  • Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity.
  • Ensure all security equipment (alarms, radios, gates) is functioning correctly.
3. Protection of People & Property
  • Safeguard employees, clients, visitors, and company assets.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, or disturbances.
  • Maintain a visible presence to deter theft, harassment, and unsafe behavior.
4. Gender-Sensitive Duties (Where Applicable)
  • Perform female-specific searches in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Provide support and security in female-only areas (hostels, washrooms, changing rooms, maternity zones, etc.).
  • Handle sensitive cases involving women or minors with discretion and empathy.
5. Reporting & Documentation
  • Record incidents, observations, and patrol findings in daily logbooks or digital systems.
  • File incident reports immediately after any unusual or security-related event.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and other guards during handovers.
6. Customer Service & Support
  • Offer guidance and assistance to guests, staff, and visitors when needed.
  • Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and calm communication at all times.
  • Assist in managing queues, crowd control, or special events.
7. Enforcement of Company Policies
  • Ensure compliance with workplace rules, safety instructions, and access protocols.
  • Report policy violations, safety hazards, or non-compliance promptly.
  • Support HR or management during investigations when required.
8. Emergency Preparedness
  • Participate in drills (fire, evacuation, first aid) as instructed.
  • Operate emergency equipment such as fire extinguishers, alarms, or radios.
  • Provide first-level response during crises until specialized teams arrive.
9. Professional Conduct & Personal Standards
  • Maintain proper uniform, grooming, and presentation.
  • Uphold integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct at all times.
  • Attend trainings to improve skills in security, customer service, and safety protocols.
