**Job Summary**:
The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems within facilities managed by the company. The role ensures all electrical work meets safety, quality, and operational standards while managing a team of electricians to deliver reliable service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of electricians in day-to-day operations.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair activities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
- Inspect, test, and maintain electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, generators, and control panels.
- Diagnose electrical faults and implement efficient repair solutions.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Address and resolve potential electrical hazards promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and repair logs.
- Prepare reports on system performance, incidents, and completed projects for management review.
- Assist in creating and updating technical documentation and manuals.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute maintenance or repair projects.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers for the procurement of electrical equipment and materials.
- Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Certification in electrical systems (e.g., Certified Electrician or equivalent) is preferred.

**Experience**:

- 5-7 years of experience in electrical maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in facility management.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and schematics.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair of electrical components.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 per month
