Indoor Sales Representative-wood

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right furniture products.
- Listen to customer requirements and preferences to recommend suitable furniture options.
- Provide product information, including features, specifications, and pricing.
- Demonstrate furniture functionality and explain product benefits.
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by offering expert advice and guidance.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with existing and new clients. Follow up delivery with clients, delivery team, and warehouses to ensure prompt and accurate delivery.
- Contacting clients after sales to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment to showcase furniture products effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on new furniture trends, designs, and industry developments.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including restocking merchandise and conducting inventory counts.
- Represent the company in exhibitions and trade fairs
- Preparing sales reports and delivering it to the direct supervisor.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree preferably to be from Engineering background.
- Entry level (2-5) years experience in carpentry, Decor, or furniture factory.
- if the previous experience is related to wood works estimation Engineering education not mandatory.
- Good Knowledge in AutoCAD, other cutting list optimizers is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping people.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and calculating discounts.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Presentable.
- Maximum age: 35 years old.
- Very Good English written and spoken.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
**Experience**:
- Customer Service/Sales: 2 years (required)
- Wood/Furniture: 2 years (required)
**Language**:
- Arabic (required)
License/Certification:
- Driving License in Qatar (required)
- Residence Permit (QID) in Qatar (required)
