**職位概述**

發揮酒店運營業務主管的職能。責任範圍可包括前廳部、娛樂/健康俱樂部、客房部、餐飲部/廚房和工程/維修部。與直屬下屬（部門負責人）共同制定和實施部門戰略，並確保實施品牌服務戰略和品牌舉措。該職位確保酒店運營滿足品牌標準、目標客戶的需求，確保員工滿意度，並專注於增加收入和最大限度提升部門的財務績效，並建立積極的業主關係。開發和實施全酒店戰略，提供能滿足或超越品牌的目標客戶和員工之需求和期望的產品和服務，並實現投資回報。

**教育和經驗要求**
- 在經認可的大學取得工商管理、酒店和餐廳管理或相關專業的兩年制學位；4 年賓客服務、前臺、客房部、銷售與行銷、管理運營或相關專業領域工作經驗。

或者
- 工商管理、酒店和餐廳管理或相關專業四年制學士學位；2 年賓客服務、前臺、客房部、銷售與行銷、管理運營或相關專業領域工作經驗。

**管理盈利能力**
- 向品牌的目標客戶展示和傳達客人滿意度的關鍵驅動因素。
- 分析服務問題並確定趨勢。
- 制定並執行必要的決策，推動酒店實現目標。
- 與酒店管理團隊合作，制定符合品牌業務戰略的運營戰略並領導其執行。

**管理收益目標**
- 監督酒店運營銷售業績與預算情況。
- 審查報告和財務報表，以確定酒店運營績效與預算情況。
- 指導和支援運營團隊有效管理入住率、房價、工資和可控開銷。
- 查看工資進度報告並將預算工資與實際工資進行比較，指導直屬下屬解決問題領域並讓團隊對結果負責。

**領導運營和部門團隊**
- 捍衛品牌的產品和服務交付服務願景，並確保酒店領導團隊協調一致。
- 開發系統並讓員工瞭解客人滿意度結果。
- 就部門目標傳達清晰一致的資訊，以產生預期的成效。

**管理賓客體驗**
- 與領導團隊一起審查客人的回饋，並確保採取適當的糾正措施。
- 回應並處理客人的問題和投訴。
- 保持隨時候命，並定期與客戶接洽，以獲得關於產品品質、服務水準和總體滿意度的回饋意見。
- 在所有客房和餐飲區營造出滿足或超越客人期望的氛圍。

**管理和開展人力資源活動**
- 促進制定克服障礙的創造性解決方案，並確保實施以持續改進客戶滿意度結果。
- 確保員工受到公平、公正的對待。
- 確保定期在運營部進行溝通（例如，輪班前彙報、員工會議）。
- 培養員工提供卓越服務的承諾，參加日常站會，並在與客人和員工的所有互動中以身作則，表現出所需的服務行為。
- 將客人滿意度作為員工/經營會議的組成部分，並強調創造創新方法以持續改善成效。
- 使用績效評估流程為直屬下屬設定目標和期望，並保證員工對成功績效負責。
- 徵求員工回饋意見，採用「門戶開放」政策，並審查員工滿意度結果，以確定和解決員工的問題或疑慮。
- 確保酒店政策被公平一致地執行，根據標準和當地運作程序（SOP 和 LSOP）完成懲戒程序和存檔，並支援同事評議流程。
- 根據標準運作程序，與直屬下屬進行年度績效評估。
- 支援變革，確保實施品牌和區域業務舉措，並在必要時向團隊傳達後續行動。
