发挥酒店运营业务主管的职能。责任范围可包括前厅部、娱乐/健康俱乐部、客房部、餐饮部/厨房和工程/维修部。与直属下属（部门负责人）共同制定和实施部门战略，并确保实施品牌服务战略和品牌举措。该职位确保酒店运营满足品牌标准、目标客户的需求，确保员工满意度，并专注于增加收入和最大限度提升部门的财务绩效，并建立积极的业主关系。开发和实施全酒店战略，提供能满足或超越品牌的目标客户和员工之需求和期望的产品和服务，并实现投资回报。

**教育和经验要求**
- 在经认可的大学取得工商管理、酒店和餐厅管理或相关专业的两年制学位；4 年宾客服务、前台、客房部、销售与营销、管理运营或相关专业领域工作经验。

或者
- 工商管理、酒店和餐厅管理或相关专业四年制学士学位；2 年宾客服务、前台、客房部、销售与营销、管理运营或相关专业领域工作经验。

**管理盈利能力**
- 向品牌的目标客户展示和传达客人满意度的关键驱动因素。
- 分析服务问题并确定趋势。
- 制定并执行必要的决策，推动酒店实现目标。
- 与酒店管理团队合作，制定符合品牌业务战略的运营战略并领导其执行。

**管理收益目标**
- 监督酒店运营销售业绩与预算情况。
- 审查报告和财务报表，以确定酒店运营绩效与预算情况。
- 指导和支持运营团队有效管理入住率、房价、工资和可控开销。
- 查看工资进度报告并将预算工资与实际工资进行比较，指导直属下属解决问题领域并让团队对结果负责。

**领导运营和部门团队**
- 捍卫品牌的产品和服务交付服务愿景，并确保酒店领导团队协调一致。
- 开发系统并让员工了解客人满意度结果。
- 就部门目标传达清晰一致的信息，以产生预期的成效。

**管理宾客体验**
- 与领导团队一起审查客人的反馈，并确保采取适当的纠正措施。
- 回应并处理客人的问题和投诉。
- 保持随时候命，并定期与客户接洽，以获得关于产品质量、服务水准和总体满意度的反馈意见。
- 在所有客房和餐饮区营造出满足或超越客人期望的氛围。

**管理和开展人力资源活动**
- 促进制定克服障碍的创造性解决方案，并确保实施以持续改进客户满意度结果。
- 确保员工受到公平、公正的对待。
- 确保定期在运营部进行沟通（例如，轮班前汇报、员工会议）。
- 培养员工提供卓越服务的承诺，参加日常站会，并在与客人和员工的所有互动中以身作则，表现出所需的服务行为。
- 将客人满意度作为员工/经营会议的组成部分，并强调创造创新方法以持续改善成效。
- 使用绩效评估流程为直属下属设定目标和期望，并保证员工对成功绩效负责。
- 征求员工反馈意见，采用“门户开放”政策，并审查员工满意度结果，以确定和解决员工的问题或疑虑。
- 确保酒店政策被公平一致地执行，根据标准和当地运作程序（SOP 和 LSOP）完成惩戒程序和文件，并支持同事评议流程。
- 根据标准运作程序，与直属下属进行年度绩效评估。
- 支持变革，确保实施品牌和区域业务举措，并在必要时向团队传达后续行动。
