Doha, Qatar People Dynamics Full time

Min 8-10 years of experience in Project Logistics vertical both Oil and Gas and Capital Projects in Qatar or in GCC market with proven successful track record.
- Responsible for business development, operations and handling the entire Profit and Loss for the department Project Logistics of the branch.
- Plan strategy and budget with the help of MD and PL management for the Project Logistics P&L and prepare proper plan in terms of TEU/Tonnage/Files/Phasing of customers/GM.
- Well versed with sea port, airport operations, customs and respective ministry approvals and commercial documentation requirements for Qatar market customers.
- Ability to have existing contacts with the customers on these verticals and manage to pull and convert the business within 6 months’ and at least report 3 times ROI on new business.
- Participate on tenders issued locally and with PL management and pricing support complete the technical and commercial submissions in time and try best to convert.
- Provide quotation to local customers and network PL offices and act as consultant to General Cargo Sales team and support them to convert Heavy lifts, Out of Gauge and Project business.
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and contacts with all carrier partners, subcontractors on customs clearance, transport, survey, escort and knowledge of gate pass requirements on MIC, Ras Laffan and Hamad and road restrictions and most important QSHE procedures involved.
- Full Ownership, control, lead, manage team be a team player positive attitude self-motivated and achieve budget and associated KPI and work on corrective actions wherever needed.
- Attend monthly PL calls with all stakeholders and represent Qatar at PL conference, discussion, budget etc.
- Achieve yearly 540 sales calls, 3 times CTC as ROI on GM monthly, active open pipeline minimum 3 times for the monthly budget target as GM, usage of CRM tool and achieve required data quality and wherever needed take NSM support to improve these KPI.
