**Duties & Responsibilities, (include but not limited to)**:

- Lead and manage the architectural engineering team on assigned construction projects.
- Review and interpret architectural drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with codes and standards.
- Develop and implement comprehensive construction documents, including building plans, sections, elevations, and details.
- Collaborate closely with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to guarantee seamless integration of architectural elements.
- Oversee the construction of architectural components, including walls, doors, windows, and finishes.
- Identify and resolve architectural challenges during construction phases.
- Conduct routine quality control inspections, ensuring adherence to project specifications and design intent.
- Manage project budgets and timelines for assigned architectural work.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers on the team, fostering their professional growth.
- Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Represent the project as the primary point of contact for architectural inquiries.
- Ensure building operations are in compliance with government laws and building codes

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor degree in Architecture or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction supervision, with at least 5 years in a lead role.
- Proven expertise in architectural design principles and construction technologies.
- Extensive knowledge of relevant building codes and standards (e.g., IBC, NFPA).
- A keen interest in buildings and the built environment.
- Project management skills.
- Problem solving mentality.
- Good knowledge of Architectural computer software
- MMUP Grade A

- Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of other professionals.
