**About the Role**

The **Commercial Intern** will **provide crucial support** to the **Account Management** and **Sales teams** at Deliveroo. Their main responsibilities will revolve around assisting with day-to-day tasks related to managing restaurant partners and enhancing customer relationships, including reviewing restaurant operations, preparing and pitching growth strategies to restaurants, and enhancing their visibility and presence on Deliveroo's platform.

This role aims to improve internal efficiency and contribute to the overall success of the Account Management and Sales functions, while providing exceptional opportunities to grow your communication skills, pitching skills, client and relationship management skills, and portfolio management and data analysis skills.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure smooth and ongoing support for restaurant partners
- Help maintain and update data in the company CRM system
- Support in updating restaurant information, including menu images, menu item descriptions, menu details, operating hours, and social media activities
- Assist in addressing any ad-hoc questions and queries from clients, including those related to general information about Deliveroo and routine operating procedures
- Support the commercial team on ad-hoc projects, with a focus on improving productivity, data enrichment and contribute to enhancing the customer experience
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of commercials initiatives
- Assist in processing and analyzing basic data and information around simple operational metrics for clients
- Practice upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients
- Support in on-the-ground activations and merchandising activities with restaurant partners

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English is required, Hind or Arabic is a plus.
- Detail-oriented
- Strong analytical skills
- Some experience in cold calling and client communication
