- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; and participating in professional societies.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields
- 3 - 5 years experiences in Management of Perfume Shop
- Management Proficiency
- Decision making, strategic planning, Financial Planning Quality management and performance management
