**Job Title**: Helper - Maintenance & Facility Entry Level

**Job Summary**:
The Helper - Maintenance & Facility assists the maintenance team in carrying out routine maintenance, repair, and upkeep of company facilities, equipment, and premises. This role is ideal for freshers looking to start a career in maintenance and facility management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Maintenance Assistance**:

- Assist in basic maintenance tasks for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general facility equipment.
- Support technicians in repair, installation, and preventive maintenance work.
- Carry tools, equipment, and materials as required for maintenance tasks.
- **Facility Upkeep**:

- Help in cleaning, organizing, and maintaining offices, warehouses, and common areas.
- Report any damage, defects, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Assist in setting up furniture, fixtures, and equipment when required.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Follow all safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and facility regulations.
- **Support Tasks**:

- Assist in inventory management of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies.
- Help with moving items or arranging spaces for events, maintenance schedules, or operational requirements.

**Required Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Freshers are welcome; previous experience in maintenance or facilities is a plus.
- Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in maintenance tasks.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Willingness to learn and take instructions from supervisors.
- Good physical stamina and ability to handle manual work.
- Attention to detail and safety-conscious.
- Team player with good communication skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- On-site work in offices, warehouses, or operational facilities.
- May involve lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
- May require occasional overtime or work during weekends, depending on operational needs.
