Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all facility operations, ensuring the effective delivery of services across AC, pest control, water filter and plumbing, cleaning, and call center departments.
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
- Oversee the scheduling and execution of preventive and routine maintenance, coordinating with department heads to optimize resource allocation.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, addressing complaints, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of each department, implementing process improvements as needed to enhance service quality.
- Develop budgets and manage costs, working to maximize operational efficiency within budgetary constraints.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and oversee corrective actions.
- Collaborate with vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage service agreements to ensure high-quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and present performance reports, KPIs, and other metrics to senior management to inform decision-making and strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- More tahn 5 years’ experience in facilities management, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, pest control, or cleaning services.
- Proven experience managing multiple service departments and diverse teams.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in facility management software, MS Office, and scheduling tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
