**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in Odoo ERP.
- Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

**Purchasing Entry & Data Management**:

- Enter and maintain purchase transactions in Odoo ERP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procurement policies.
- Oversee data entry for invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date record of financial and procurement data.

**Sales Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Check and reconcile daily shop sales in Qatar and the UAE through Odoo and other sales reporting tools.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve issues in collaboration with shop managers.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales performance reports.

**Odoo ERP Utilization**:

- Customize and maintain accounting, procurement, and sales modules in Odoo to align with company needs.
- Generate reports and dashboards in Odoo to support financial and operational decision-making.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo-related issues for seamless operations.

**Budgeting & Forecasting**:

- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts using Odoo’s analytical tools.
- Monitor budget performance and identify variances for corrective actions.

**Tax Compliance**:

- Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with local, state.
- Maintain accurate tax records and provide support during audits.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows using Odoo.
- Provide training and support to team members on Odoo financial modules.

**Qualifications**:

- Working knowledge with Odoo accounting modules.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
