**Job Summary**:
The HR Trainer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering effective training programs that support employee development and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. This role will enhance staff performance, improve engagement, and align training initiatives with organizational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess training needs through job analysis, performance evaluations, and consultation with department heads.
- Design and deliver in-house training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs.
- Conduct onboarding training for new employees, focusing on company policies, procedures, and values.
- Develop and update training materials, manuals, and modules.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make continuous improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Provide coaching and guidance to staff and supervisors on soft skills, communication, conflict resolution, and team building.
- Maintain detailed training records and prepare regular reports on training activities.
- Support talent development strategies including career progression, succession planning, and leadership development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR training or Learning & Development.
- Certification in Training or Learning & Development is preferred (e.g., CIPD, ATD).
- Strong knowledge of training best practices, adult learning principles, and performance management.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience in hospitality/F&B industry is a plus.
