Vendome Entertainment City is looking for a skilled **Employee Relations Executive** to join our team. As an Employee Relations Executive, you will be responsible for promoting positive employee relations and managing the employee relations function of our organization. You will work closely with the HR team and management to maintain a harmonious work environment and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures in line with the organization's goals and objectives
- Advise managers and employees on employee relations issues and provide guidance on labor laws and regulations
- Investigate and resolve employee grievances, disputes, and complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Conduct workplace investigations, including interviews and gathering evidence, to address alleged violations of company policies or legal requirements
- Analyze trends and identify areas for improvement in employee relations and recommend appropriate solutions to management
- Prepare required training programs for the staff
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for managers and employees on employee relations issues
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records and reports
- Work with legal counsel to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in human resources field
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
