Employee Relations Officer
**Education**:
University Degree or equivalent education with proven track of record working within Human Resources
Technical Skills:
Well-versed Human Resources professional with prior expertise in the same field
Good understanding of Qatar Law and Human Resources Best Practices
Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in the same field
Personal Qualities:
Team-Player
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; effectively manage time and meet deadlines with limited supervision Adaptability/ Flexibility / Interpersonal and Intercultural Skills Counseling skills
Work under Pressure
Technology Skills: Technical ability and knowledge of computer software and hardware
Language Skills:
Arabic & English languages proficiency
Communication Skills:
Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal aid written communication skills
Employee Relations, Engagement and Documentation Records Ensure accuracy of collected documents from Recruitment Officer / Executive
Provide the needed administrative support and coordinate with Government Relations Officer regarding the visa issuance / TOS-IN
Liaise with team members regarding human resources department related requests (Salary Certificates / Experience Certificates / NOC / Job Title Change request etc.)
Handling A to Z off boarding process
Acknowledge Incident Reports, conduct investigation, and escalate the report to the HR Manager, complying to the Employee relation and Disciplinary policy
Coordinate with Facility Manager the assignment of Employees
Accommodation & Transportation
Monitor HSE Inspections in the Company Accommodation and follow up the corrective actions and making sure is taken.
Track all team member's documents (QID, Health Card, Passport, Health Certificate etc.) expiry dates ensuring punctual renewals and generating related month end reports.
Handle with punctuality Human Resources funds (credit card expenses and cash replenishment with appropriate support documents) and liaise with the finance department in a professional and collaborative manner (Liquidation).
Communication Management
Clear and effective communication / working relationship with team members, line mangers HODs management etc.
Other Functions
Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve overall objectives of this position.
Assist in the performance of other duties and projects as instructed by the HR Manager/ management as needed in support of organizational goals
