Starting Monthly Salary**:QAR 2,200 to QAR 2,500 **plus FREE transportation and shared accommodation

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a passionate and talented Junior Pizza Chef to join our team. As a Junior Pizza Chef, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of pizzas, ensuring high-quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about culinary arts and wants to develop their skills in pizza-making.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of pizzas according to established recipes and standards
- Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures to ensure a safe and clean working environment
- Maintain knowledge of current menu items, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and smooth operations during service hours
- Assist in the organization and stocking of ingredients and supplies
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Adhere to portion control guidelines to minimize waste and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Assist in the creation and development of new pizza recipes and menu items
- Strive to consistently improve skills and knowledge in pizza-making techniques

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably in a pizza-focused environment
- Basic knowledge of pizza dough preparation and pizza cooking techniques
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Strong passion for culinary arts and a desire to learn and grow in the field

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Culinary degree or certification
- Experience with wood-fired pizza ovens
- Knowledge of different pizza styles and regional variations
