**QA/QC Inspector (Electrical)**

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Checks and reviews the plans and specifications for the proper construction and quality implementation at job site, perform pre-inspection to ensure that all installed materials are within the standard in conformance to applicable drawings and specs
- Performs electrical inspections and tests, such as cables, HV works, LV works, substations.
- Interprets design plans and specifications to verify the work installed and performed in accordance with the contract documents
- Produces activity reports as necessary to ensure that all QC activities have been fulfilled.
- Provides general inspection on all construction labor and subcontracted tasks to ensure professional workmanship.
- Participates in the development of quality control reports and procedures as requested by the Construction QA/QC Manager
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

**What Required Skills You’ll Bring**
- 4-year degree in engineering discipline
- 7+ years post graduate experience in the type of works to be inspected.
- Extensive knowledge of QA/QC management practices, processes and current technology.
- Proficiency in the use of computers and software packages related to QA/QC.
- Proven experience in directing and implementing quality management systems and standards specified by **Kahramaa, IEC, ISO, ASME, ANSI, ASTM **and similar organizations.
- Good written and oral communication.
- Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.

**What Desired Skills You’ll Bring**
- R ead and interpret blueprints and construction specifications and be thoroughly familiar with construction related processes related to area of assignment
