We are searching for an ambitious **Marketing Executive** to spearhead our marketing campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Branch In Charge and Retail Sales & Service Leader to lay down objectives for new Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention & Customer Reactivation by analysing the branch business performance, competitor activities and the market trend.
- Periodically monitor the trend of new customer acquisition, customer continuity and ensure customer retention through various strategies.
- Ensure continuous contact with prospective customers and ensure their long term association.
- Submit a monthly report about the customer meets with suggestions of improvement obtained from the customer feedbacks.
- To ensure proper display and maintenance of branch exterior and interior and upkeep of marketing collaterals.
- To find out the unexplored labour camps and schedule visits to the camps.
- To conduct camp marketing and engagement activities in the camps which can attract more customers.
- Initiate marketing activities in the assigned territory and overall coordination with branch staffs to achieve corridor wise targets.
- To actively participate in all the sponsorship events happening in particular branch locations.
- Retail customer awareness activities/initiatives, corporate get-togethers and branch based PR activities.
- Be aware about the latest promotions and offers from the competitors.
- Share ideas on the possibility of implementing new products in the market.
- Work along with the Marketing Department to analyze the local market and study the possibility of implementing new promotions.
- To study the possibility of implementing new products in the market and work along with Retail Sales & Service Team to adapt the same.
- Take ownership of the branch in promoting the business promotions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Any Bachelor's Degree.**:

- Knowledge in Marketing is an added advantage.
- English reading, comprehension and communication of a high order.
- Computer awareness and usage skills.
- **Experience of 3 years in a large organisation with at least 1 years in a marketing executive role. **Preferably from a retail / banking environment. Worked in a multi-branch retail environment

**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 per month
