**Key Responsibilities**:

- Search for new clients who could benefit from our **MEP and Fit-Out** products and services.
- Identify new **business opportunities** across assigned sectors.
- Prepare and deliver **technical presentations** to clients and stakeholders.
- Modify and tailor solutions to meet **client-specific requirements**.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze project-related data including consultants, contractors, competitors, and end-users.
- Negotiate effectively and manage conflicts using a range of professional strategies.
- Meet and exceed assigned **sales targets**.
- Create and submit **weekly plans, weekly & monthly reports, ongoing project updates**, and **sales forecasts**.
- Prepare comprehensive **market analysis reports** and define necessary actions to achieve objectives.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Minimum 4 years** of experience in **MEP and Fit-Out Sales**, with at least **2 years in Qatar**.
- Strong technical understanding of:

- **MEP systems** (Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage, HVAC)
- **Interior Fit-Out products**:

- **Civil works** (Architectural and Structural)
- **Building Construction**, **Carpentry**, and **Joinery**:

- Good knowledge in the **selection of materials** and awareness of different product types.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong **sales closing and negotiation** abilities.
- Excellent **presentation** and **creativity** skills to explain complex technical concepts.
- Ability to **prepare detailed reports** (status, forecasts, project tracking, etc.).
- Effective **leadership and coordination** with cross-functional teams.
- Strong **communication and interpersonal** skills.
- Proven ability to **build and maintain long-lasting client relationships**.
- Ability to **analyze market trends** and adjust strategies accordingly.
