We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Junior MEP Engineer** to support the maintenance and management of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within our facilities

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical panels, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for scheduled maintenance and repairs.
- Diagnose and resolve minor faults or issues in MEP systems under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Provide technical support for emergency breakdowns and implement temporary fixes when needed.
- Support efforts to enhance the energy efficiency of MEP systems by recommending upgrades or modifications.
- Monitor utility consumption and contribute to the development of energy-saving strategies.
- Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Prepare reports on system performance and downtime for review by senior engineers or management.
- Ensure all MEP systems comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Assist in conducting safety drills and ensuring MEP systems are ready for emergencies.
- Work closely with other departments, such as housekeeping and security, to address facility-related needs.
- Support senior engineers in planning and executing facility improvement projects.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in MEP engineering, preferably in a facility management environment.

**Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in technical tools, including AutoCAD or similar software.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 per month
