In addition to a demonstrated publication track record or evidence of a highly promising trajectory commensurate with career stage and/or rank, applicants should show competence in working with globally diverse communities, a strong commitment to excellence in inclusive teaching and mentoring, and dedication to institutional service and shared governance. Responsibilities include teaching writing courses—primarily the required general education writing sequence with occasional writing electives—in the Liberal Arts Program.
