**Key Responsibilities:Design & Technical**:

- Lead the design and development of architectural concepts for interior fit-out projects.
- Prepare and review design drawings, detailed shop drawings, material specifications, and construction documents.
- Ensure all designs meet local building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure design integration.
- Perform value engineering to optimize cost, materials, and time without compromising design quality.

**Project Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from design development to final handover.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and procurement timelines.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure work is progressing according to design, timeline, and quality standards.
- Resolve any technical issues on site in coordination with the construction team.

**Contracting & Fit-Out**:

- Lead and supervise interior fit-out works including partitioning, ceiling, flooring, joinery, and FF&E.
- Review and approve material submittals, mock-ups, and samples in accordance with project specifications.
- Ensure fit-out execution aligns with the design intent and meets client expectations.
- Collaborate with quantity surveyors and procurement teams on cost estimation and material selection.

**Requirements:Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
- Valid architectural license or membership (preferred).

**Experience**:

- Minimum of **10 years’ experience**, with at least **5 years in interior fit-out and contracting**.
- Proven portfolio of completed fit-out projects in commercial, hospitality, or residential sectors.

**Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders under pressure.
