**SHOP SUPERVISOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES**
- Overseeing the efficient running of the store by monitoring employee performance, resolving employee issues, and scheduling staff rotations
- Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks, and profit margins.
- Implementing measures to avoid stock damage, theft, and wastage.
- Completes shop daily and weekly status reports, including sales, customer service, stock status, and merchandising.
- Oversees day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Monitoring shelves stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
- Investigating market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers.
- Motivating employees to achieve targets.
- Assist shop manager in training new staff members.
- Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues quickly to increase customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in business administration, financial management, marketing or equivalent qualification must be computer literate
- Proven experience in supervisory role
- Strong decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Great customer service skills
- In-depth knowledge of product and consumer trends, and marketing strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- retail business: 2 years (preferred)
- cashiering and using POS machine: 2 years (preferred)
- sales supervisory and marketing: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English Arabic (preferred)
