About the role:

We believe our guests select our hotel because of our caring and attentive colleagues who provide efficient service and create seamless, intuitive, signature experience making our guests’ stay free from stress and filled with success.

As an Team Leader - Food & Beverage you will greet and engage with guests to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Handle customer complaints or issues professionally. Support the team in delivering prompt and courteous service. Assist in training new staff on service procedures and restaurant policies. Provide on-the-job coaching to improve performance and product knowledge. Oversee the setup and cleanliness of the dining area before, during, and after service. Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and operational standards. Conduct daily shift briefings to communicate goals and updates. Encourage staff to upsell food and beverage items. Monitor sales targets and support the team in achieving them. Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and management teams. Report any operational issues or maintenance needs to the manager. Assist in managing the POS system, billing, and end-of-day cash reconciliation.

**Qualifications**:
What we are looking for:
Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management

Exceptional interpersonal skills showing care and the ability to connect and care for our guests

International experience in luxury hotel brands demonstrating adaptability to a range of cultures and environments

Desire to constantly learn and ambition to grow

Ability to work under pressure

Excellent English
