As a Team Leader, you will supervise the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service. Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent guest service mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic administrative reporting.
