**Job Profile**:
We are looking for a General Manager for all entities of Al Jameel Medical Services who's responsibilities include: management of all company departments, plan, organize and develop the company strategy, managing people and establishing policies.

Should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people to develop their skills and be productive, while ensuring company profits are on the rise.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Specify departments objectives to achieve strategic targets and organization vision.
- Monitor the implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Embrace organization values and promote positive organization culture.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on business performance to Board of Directors.
- Conduct regular weekly meetings with all Head of Departments to evaluate their performance and take needed actions to ensure that all departments’ objectives are achieved.
- Conduct regular visits to all branches to ensure that operations are going as per the company standards.
- Ensure that the interfaces between Medical and other departments are managed optimally.
- Implementing international standards (ISO, JCI, CAP etc.) and maintaining the existing ones.
- Ensure the organization full-compliance with regulatory requirements (MOPH, JCI, CAP, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, QCHP and any other official institutions).
- Work on the opportunities of expansion in the local market whether in the services or branches.
- Create, develop and manage the company budget in coordination with department managers to be align with the company strategy.
- Review the monthly/quarterly/annually financial data and suggest solutions and strategies to increase the market share, total income and net profit.
- Reduce the expenses without affecting the services quality and operations in all branches.
- Provides planning and leadership support to the Medical and Non-Medical Departments by ensuring that appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed.
- Participates in all activities related to the smooth running of Al Jameel Medical Services and its subsidiaries.
