We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven **Customer Service Specialist** to manage the full cycle of both bulk and individual orders. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients—building relationships, managing communications, and ensuring smooth execution from inquiry to delivery. By coordinating with internal teams, updating our CRM, and resolving issues efficiently, you’ll help deliver a seamless customer experience. Whether it’s a senior school order or a personalized gift, your role is key in making every interaction feel thoughtful and organized.
**Responsibilities**:
- Client Relationship & Account Management_
- Handle all client communications—respond to inquiries, confirm orders, manage changes, and follow up on delivery timelines
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and repeat business
- Identify client needs and offer tailored product or service solutions
- Ensure all client details, orders, and notes are accurately entered into the CRM system
- Track common customer issues and suggest process or product improvements
- Collaborate closely with production and logistics teams to update clients on order progress and delivery
- Order Fulfillment & Project Coordination_
- Monitor and manage the flow of bulk orders: from initial quote to production, packaging, and dispatch
- Ensure all customer-facing documentation (invoices, delivery notes, order summaries) is accurate and sent on time
- Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to meet timelines and resolve order issues
- Sales & Growth Support_
- Assist in identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell during the order process
- Support outreach initiatives (pop-ups and events) with customer insights and mustomer service
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to align messaging with customer feedback and trends
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per month
