As a Food Runner at Nusr-Et, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant and providing exceptional service to our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring efficient and timely delivery of food: Collaborating with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure accurate and prompt food delivery.

Carrying trays and plates of food from the kitchen to the designated tables.
Ensuring the correct placement of food items on the table according to the order.
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety:Assisting in maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.
- Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- promptly notifying the appropriate staff of any potential risks or hazards.
- Providing excellent customer service: Greeting guests warmly and assisting them with any immediate needs.
- Responding promptly and courteously to customer requests or concerns.

Assisting in addressing and resolving customer complaints or demands.
- Collaborating with the team: Communicating effectively with the kitchen staff, waitstaff, and management team.

Coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth operation and excellent service.
Assisting in other tasks as assigned by the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the food and beverage or hospitality sector.

Previous experience as a food runner or similar position is preferred.
- Location:Currently located in Doha, Qatar.
- Customer-focused mindset:Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Ability to view complaints as opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
- Adaptability and professionalism:Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Capable of making each guest feel special regardless of circumstances.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Personal attributes: Maturity, patience, and confidence in dealing with guests.

Friendly demeanor with a professional communication style.
