- **Cooking**: Perform live cooking demonstrations on the teppanyaki grill, showcasing knife skills, flipping, and other culinary techniques to entertain and engage guests.
- **Menu Execution**: Follow established recipes and menu items, ensuring the proper cooking techniques and presentation standards are maintained.
- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with guests in a friendly and entertaining manner, creating an enjoyable dining experience through interactive cooking and conversation.
- **Safety and Hygiene**: Adhere to strict hygiene, health, and safety guidelines in the kitchen, including proper handling of food, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- **Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean and organized teppanyaki station, including regular cleaning of the grill, countertops, and surrounding areas.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other kitchen staff and servers to coordinate the timing of dishes and ensure a smooth dining experience.
- **Menu Development**: Contribute ideas for new teppanyaki dishes and participate in menu development as needed.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries, special requests, and dietary restrictions with professionalism and a positive attitude.
