Quantity Surveyor with_ **immediate joining availability.**_

**Qualifications**:
1. **Bachelor’s Degree** in a Quantity Surveying Discipline from a recognized University to the approval of the Engineer.

2. Grade A - **Qatar Ministry of Municipality Certified**in Quantity Surveying is mandatory.

3. Chartered Professional certification or equivalent is preferred (**RICS, AIQS**, etc.)

3. Experience in preparatory construction project monthly valuation.

4. Experience in assessing and valuating Contractor’s claims.

5. Good documentation of records.

6. Preparation of submission of all Change request, SI, VO, Claims and final accounts.
- **Experience**:_

1. **Minimum 15 years’ experience in Architecture, Engineering and Planning Consultancy firm**in a quantity surveying role in surface & ground water networks, utilities Road construction projects or building and infrastructure projects.

2. Experience working with FIDIC forms of contract

3. Experience in preparatory construction project monthly valuation.

4. Experience in assessing and valuating Contractor’s claims.

5. Good documentation of records.

6. Preparation of submission of all Change request, SI, VO, Claims and final accounts.

**Skills**:
1. Must have ability to utilize computer technology to analyse data, maintain records, analyse financial data and generate reports.

2. Must have good command of English both written and spoken.

3. Computer skills are mandatory;
4. In depth knowledge of quantity surveying best practices

5. Understanding of international engineering standards and codes

6. **Local**Knowledge of local engineering-related rules and regulations

7. Good interpersonal skills
