Baker Hughes Offers the opportunity as an experienced Senior Technical Support Manager to join the team in Doha, Qatar. The role is based in customer office (QatarGas headquarters)


As a Senior Technical Support Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Working with assigned Service Delivery Coordinator/Salesman to understand the client's well construction or production objectives as well as the commercial terms for Baker Hughes(i.e. outcome based contract, line item contract)
- Designing a Job program, including risk mitigation plans and contingency plans, that can meet the client's objective and maximize revenue potential and future job assignments for Baker Hughes.
- Working with the Service Delivery Coordinator/Salesman to ensure any risk of meeting the client's objective is communicated to the client using the appropriate channels
- Comparing job as-planned versus job as-executed and document any lessons learned to ensure opportunity for continuous improvement
- Participating in incident investigation when required, ensuring end to end process, from job planning, preparation and execution is considered to determine the incident root cause and drive appropriate corrective actions

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 10+ year’s in wellbore construction
- Have 3-4 years experience in customer facing role
- Have Exceptional knowledge in Liner Hanger
- Have Knowledge of open hole and cased hole completions system
- Have Offshore technical experience in Liner Hangers preferably
- Have Able to work with little supervision and to work well with the team.
- Have Good Time management skills.
