Contracts Administrator

Review incoming NDAs, Confidentiality Agreements, LPOs, Service Agreements, AMCs and other documents of contractual nature and highlight obligations, risks and liabilities to the company.
- Ensure all contractual terms align with company policies, legal frameworks, and project objectives.
- Draft new agreements, amendments, addendums, and variation orders (VOs) in line with standard legal templates and company guidelines
- Ensure contracts reflect best practices and incorporate necessary clauses to protect the company’s interests.
- Verify that any contractual expense that binds the company aligns with approved project budgets and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders (legal, operations, finance, procurement, and management) to gather input and secure signoffs on agreements.
- Coordinate with the Procurement & Finance Departments to ensure timely renewal, termination, or extension of expiring contracts.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and subcontractors (when required) to negotiate terms and resolve contractual issues.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all contracts, amendments, and correspondence.
- Prepare contract summaries / profit summaries for management prior to obtaining sign-off.
- Act as a central point of contact for client agreements and disseminate information to Finance / Management for budgeting, forecasting and planning.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, industry standards, and regulatory changes that may impact contracts.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience
**Experience**:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial management
Proven experience in contracts administrator
