**Job Summary**:
A Service Advisor in the automotive sector acts as the bridge between customers and the service department. They ensure that customers' vehicle issues are accurately diagnosed, explain necessary repairs or maintenance, and coordinate the service process with technicians to ensure timely and quality service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and gather vehicle information to understand their service needs.
- Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle symptoms or issues.
- Advise customers on required or recommended maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines and inspection reports.
- Provide accurate estimates of costs, including labor, parts, and time for repairs.
- Liaise with the workshop to ensure the correct diagnosis and repair of vehicles.
- Update customers on the progress of their vehicles during the repair process.
- Upsell additional services or products when appropriate (e.g., extended warranties, parts, etc.).
- Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery and quality work.
- Maintain records of service and repairs done and prepare reports as needed.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies in all service activities.

**Key Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Diploma or degree in automotive technology or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- 2-4 years of experience as a service advisor or in a similar role in the automotive industry.
- Experience with luxury or premium automobile brands is a plus.

**Technical Knowledge**:

- In-depth understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and techniques

Pay: QAR5,000.00 per month
