**Job Description & Summary**

Opportunity to initiate your career with a value-driven Consulting team, where you will play a crucial role of understanding client needs and delivering risk-driven services to enhance people/ process and technologies Business Resilience and Continuity services.

You will be part of Morison Qatar’s IT GRC and Cybersecurity services team which helps clients solve their problems by leveraging technology, mitigating risks and selecting and deploying the appropriate controls based on global standards and best practices.

Being part of Morison Global’s multinational presence and well-established team in Qatar, you will be exposed to the global best practices, methodologies and tools to enable you to efficiently and effectively deliver to our clients in a timely and reliable manner.

While you will focus on Business Resilience, Business Continuity Management and related process systems, you will also get adequate opportunities to learn and develop in domains related to IT Governance, Risk, Compliance and Cybersecurity.

**Responsibilities**

As an Associate/ Consultant, you’ll work as part of a team of proactive Consultants who help our clients solve their complex business issues delivering risk-focused, effective, reliable and efficient solutions. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Be part of a wide variety of projects including but not limited to: Business Continuity Management, ISO 22301, IT DR, Crisis Management, ISMS (ISO 27001), Analysing and implementing Data Protection and Privacy, etc.
- Identify project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards
- Document any business requirements for specific initiatives/projects
- Organise the activities of specific program/project areas
- Help team conduct activities such as BIA, Risk Assessment, Policy and Procedure documentation etc.
- Prepare regular status reports
- Ensure that recording and maintaining a project database containing all related information, (data, documents, reports etc.) takes place
- Coordinate with others to utilise learning and development tools and techniques to analyse, identify and communicate requirements for change

**Minimum Years Experience Required**
- Minimum 1 years post degree / qualification experience in a similar role
- MAXIMUM 5 years of post degree / qualification experience.

**Education**
- Engineering or MBA Degree (preferably MBA - Systems or IT or similar) or Accounting Degree with good IT Knowledge.

**Certifications**
- CISA / ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or Implementer / ISO 22301 Lead Auditor or Implementer

**Travel Requirements**

Up to 60%

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
