About the role

**Responsibilities**
- Conducting research on new technologies, emerging trends in the industry, and competitors’ marketing strategies
- Working with clients to determine their needs and goals by conducting interviews and surveys
- Developing proposals and presentations based on research findings
- Assessing recommended solutions and researching alternatives
- Improving operations by leveraging processes, procedures and policies
- Creating a detailed project strategy and carrying out risk mitigation
- Assisting the project team with implementing the project
- Communicating project scope and progress to clients
- Scheduling client meetings to discuss project issues

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a consultant associate or similar role
- Self Motivated
- A previous sales or customer service role is ideal
- A drive to work towards targets and be rewarded on your achievements
- Building strong customer relationship and delivering customer
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
