**MEP Draftsman Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare shop drawings for MEP Services.
- Design preparation of shop drawing of HVAC system as per design heat load data.
- Prepare shop drawings for HVAC layout.
- Coordinate the drawing for installation purpose based on structural & architectural and other MEP services drawing.
- Chilled water piping layout.
- AHU’s & ducting layout, smoke extract & kitchen extract layout.
- Schematic & riser diagram of chilled water piping system & air flow system.
- MEP drawing, isometric & schematic diagram.
- Builders work drawing & sectional details.
- Calculation of duct & pipe sizing by duct-sizing software.
- Preparation of sections in complicated areas.
- Drawing plans, elevations, sectional views and illustrating various dimensioning as BOD, BOP, BOU, etc.
- Schematic diagram.
- Builders work drawing, pump room layout & sectional details.
- Preparing of Shop DWG like drainage & water supply system.
- Preparing of Sectional DWG.
- Preparing of Isometric & Riser DWG.
- Builders work DWG.
- Sprinkler system, Fire Hose Cabinet, Water Hydrant system, Smoke detector, Heat detector Selection.

**MEP Draftsman Qualification**:

- Diploma in Mechanical drafting
- With 5+ years of experience.
- Well-versed in AutoCAD 2D / 3D

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
