Ensures Engineering design across various disciplines is in accordance with Project requirements, identifies and solves engineering issues and ensure alignment of engineering requirements between Contractor, PMT and Shareholders.

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent. Minimum 15 years’ experience.

8 years relevant operator experience relating to general design and operations of pipelines in major offshore oil and gas development projects, with prior experience coordinating the design and execution of major pipeline projects in a similar environment.

Extensive knowledge of offshore pipeline design concepts, construction practices, welding qualifications and materials and the fabrication process of specialist steels and pipes together with a detailed understanding of applicable design codes and standards.

Previous experience of managing discipline engineers is essential.

This role is pipeline focussed, however, liaising and managing the interface with various engineering disciplines is required.

**Working Schedule**: 10 hrs. per day / 6 days per week / 26 days per month
**Contract Duration**: 24 months
**Location**:Qatar, Onshore
