We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Administrative Specialist at our vibrant establishment. As an Administrative Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in our team, introducing our brand and products to the market of direct customers and B2B, and growing together on this exciting journey.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Support the day-to-day administrative tasks in the department, including filing, data management, appointment scheduling, and etc.
- Coordinate management activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Champion mogobogo policies and guidelines and ensures department’s administrative processes are aligned with them
- Manage procurement and legal aspects of external vendor engagement
- Manage and deploy project-related solutions through HR systems, survey platform, or assessment tools

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of administrative support or project coordination experience
- Preferably someone with an undergraduate qualification
- Professional level for both oral and written English. Korean language skills would be an asset.

- Communicate clearly and talk straight
- Willing to help and care to support others
- Dependable and takes actions swiftly
