Provide first-line support for all user's facing hardware, software, desktop, and the task assigned by the admins
- Respond to end user requests and ensure all calls are logged, updated and closed regularly
- Assist in setting up new employee workstations, including hardware and software installation and provide technical support to end-users to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Provide immediate support for urgent and critical problems with mínimal service interruption.
- Setup and maintain IT devices used by employees to ensure business continuity and provide support remotely whenever requested by the staff.
- Coordinate with vendors and get best price for order IT procurements and maintain IT asset management.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairing faulty IT equipment and ensure critical On-Air devices are replaced and fixed in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the overall stability and performance of IT systems.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the IT ticketing system.
- Participate in and coordinate with stakeholders for IT projects and related activities.
- Maintaining the Wi-Fi & Routers of the company.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent degree.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the field as IT Support Engineer / Technician.
- Certifications in relevant technologies are preferrable.
- Working experience with insurance companies or similar environments preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and people skills to collaborate with various teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must have proficiency in English language. Proficiency in Arabic language is preferable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From QAR8,000.00 per month
