**Full Job Description**

This role is perfect for someone passionate about clean code, automation, testing, and maintaining a scalable infrastructure that supports real-time and AI-driven functionalities.

**Role**
- Develop and maintain backend systems using **Node.js**.
- Manage and optimize **MongoDB** for data storage.
- Implement **advanced filtering** and **searching** algorithms to improve data accessibility and query performance.
- Integrate real-time communication features using **Socket.io**.
- Build and maintain **CI/CD pipelines** using **Jenkins** for automated testing and deployment.
- Use **Kubernetes** for orchestrating and managing backend services in containers.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality.
- Monitor and optimize server-side performance and scalability.
- Participate in an **Agile/Scrum** development process.

**Required**
- 3+ years of experience in backend development.
- Proficiency in **Node.js **and **MongoDB**.
- Experience in implementing **advanced filtering** and **searching** capabilities in backend systems.
- Expertise with **Socket.io** for real-time features.
- Experience with **Jenkins** for automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in **Kubernetes** for container orchestration and service management.
- Strong experience with **Git**, **GitLab**, and version control practices.
- Knowledge of **AI/ML integration** and **blockchain technologies**.
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

**Recommended**
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as **React.js** and **Next.js**.
- Experience in **DevOps** and deployment automation.
