**Full Job Description**

**Role**
- Develop high-quality, responsive frontends using **React.js** and **Next.js**.
- Implement dynamic and scalable designs with **CSS/SCSS** and modern UI/UX practices.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs.
- Create real-time features using **Socket.io** for an enhanced user experience.
- Ensure cross-platform compatibility (desktop and mobile).
- Debug and optimize frontend performance.
- Write and execute tests to validate UI components and ensure functionality across devices and platforms.
- Ensure code quality with **Git** version control and **GitLab** repositories.
- Optimize frontend performance and maintain clean code standards.
- Collaborate with the team in an **Agile/Scrum** environment.
- Integrate **Docker** for containerization and environment consistency.

**Required**
- 3+ years of experience in frontend development.
- Expertise in **React.js**, **Next.js**, and **CSS/SCSS**.
- Experience with real-time communication technologies like **Socket.io**.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in **frontend testing** frameworks (e.g., **Jest**, **React Testing Library**).
- Ability to work collaboratively with the backend team.

**Recommended**
- Familiarity with AI-powered features and blockchain integration.
- Experience with React Native for mobile app compatibility.
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
- Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
