Eventi is Qatar’s new one-stop platform for events and catering. We are building a platform where people can plan birthdays, weddings, corporate gatherings, or community celebrations with ease—connecting them to the best catering, décor, beauty, and entertainment providers nationwide.

To bring this vision to life, we are seeking an Event Planner who will be the face of Eventi to our clients and partners. This is a hands-on role where you’ll not only organize events but also help shape how Eventi is seen and experienced by our community.

**What you’ll do**
- Work directly with clients to understand their vision and translate it into a complete event plan.
- Coordinate with vendors across catering, decoration, entertainment, beauty, and more to ensure seamless delivery.
- Manage event budgets, schedules, and checklists to keep everything running smoothly.
- Support clients throughout the entire planning process—from the first call until the last guest leaves.
- Collaborate with our marketing team and participate in content videos, giving Eventi’s community a behind-the-scenes look at how events come to life.
- Represent Eventi at meetings, walkthroughs, and networking opportunities with partners in Doha.

**Who we’re looking for**
- Someone with strong organizational and communication skills who can manage multiple moving parts.
- Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or F&B is highly valued.
- A confident and creative professional who enjoys working with people and has the charisma to appear in Eventi’s content videos.
- Fluency in Arabic is required; English is an advantage.
- Based in Doha, Qatar, and ready to work full-time.
