Looking for a **Business Development Executive **with for our well established Real Estate division, Al Habari Group.
Requirement;
- Graduate in any degree.
- Minimum of 3 years experience with a realestate company in Qatar.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Malayalam, Hindi and Arabic will be an added advantage.
- Must have a valid Qatar Driving License.
Job Description;
- The Real Estate Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for advancing real estate team through online and traditional marketing. Interaction with customer service, operations, sales, and technology teams to ensure that our website, social media, collateral, and other communications accurately reflect our brand and market properties.
- Coordinating sales campaigns, and executing effective marketing plans that will convert potential prospects into clients.
- **Ethically collecting, securely storing, and managing a database of customer information.**:
- Responsible for overseeing the promotion of property sales on various advertising platforms, as well as formulating sales propositions and project briefings.
- To communicate our brand’s message to potential clients while simultaneously maintaining business relations with real estate agents by sending newsletters and providing specific project updates.
- To develop a high-end real estate business that will outcompete our competitors and successfully attract fresh clients. Goal is to execute our marketing strategies and establish our brand as an authority in the real estate market.
- Overseeing the progress of our advertisement campaign and sales activities.
- Maintaining contact with our clientele by sending them newsletters and updates.
- Monitoring the property markets to identify potential leads.
- Send all reports required by the direct manager accurately and within the required time frames.
- Create an effective presence on social media.
- Create social media and Google campaigns including content, management, and analytics in-house and/ or through agencies.
- Plan and execute all web, and display advertise campaigns through local newspapers.
- Identifies, qualifies and cultivates new sales opportunities through multiple mediums.
- Manage sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events.
- Monitors and follow-ups on specific tasks and project deliverables.

- Preparing appropriate **to let board** for vacant properties, example Labour camps, storage, residential apartments etc.
- Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to any enquiries.
- Plan and organize setting up mockup rooms, mess hall, recreational room, clinic, prayer room etc. of the new and vacant camps, take photos preparing **brochures**, sales kit, leaflets, banners, digital marketing, video & etc.
- Keep track on company website info to be updated on timely manner and monitor all enquiry on daily basis.
- To attend and update of all walk-in/phone calls/mail enquiries on enquiries report and to follow up on timeline manner.
- Communicates with clients and sales associates regarding status of referred leads.
- Enter client information into the database, follow-up with customers prior and after the sale, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- Supporting for outdoor sale Team
- Preparing Quotation and estimate as per the sales team requirements.
- New property assessment prior to take on lease by inspecting the property.
- Takeover of new camps from the landlord after thorough inspection as per the checklist along with photographs of the entire camp. The checklist and the photographs should be signed by the Camp Boss and the landlord or official representative of the landlord. And a copy of the signed checklist and photographs should be handed over to Real Estate Admin officer for record purpose.
- Handover of camp to new leaseholder after thoroughgoing of the camp along with lessee’s representative according to the checklist and photograph of the entire camp signed by Camp Boss and lessee or its representative. And a copy of the signed checklist and photographs should be handed over to Real Estate Admin officer for record purpose.
- Perform appropriate duties as assigned by manager from time to time.
Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
