**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Implement and maintain HSE procedures, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and job safety analyses (JSA).
- Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and HSE induction training for workers and subcontractors.
- Monitor worksite activities to identify and eliminate unsafe practices or conditions.
- Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near misses with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain all required HSE documentation and reports.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols at all times.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and project managers to implement safety plans.
- Promote a proactive safety culture across the site workforce.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as an HSE Engineer in the oil and gas sector.
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of local HSE laws and international safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001).
- Strong communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
- **Valid QID is mandatory.**:
Pay: QAR5,000.00 per month
