We are seeking 5 HSE Engineers to our client - a leading company in the field of facilities management and construction services, committed to delivering excellence and innovation across diverse industries. **Job Title**: HSE Engineer (5 Positions)

**Location**: Ras-Laffan, Qatar
**Salary**: 8,000 QAR per month

**Job Type**: Full-Time, 1-Year Contract (with possibility of extension)
**Working Hours**: 10 hours per day, 6 days per week

We are currently seeking experienced and highly skilled HSE Engineers to join our team for a project in Ras-Laffan, Qatar. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that health, safety, and environmental standards are adhered to across all operations in the oil and gas sector. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects while promoting a culture of safety and sustainability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of all personnel on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor safety performance and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety standards and regulations in all project activities.
- Provide safety training and guidance to staff, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring they understand and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Participate in the risk assessment process and contribute to the development of mitigation measures to minimize risks.
- Investigate and report accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe practices, proposing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, including risk assessments, safety reports, and inspection records.
- Coordinate with project managers and other engineering teams to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into project planning and execution.
- Monitor the performance of contractors and subcontractors to ensure that they meet safety and environmental standards.
- Review and analyze safety performance metrics and propose improvements to enhance safety on-site.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide immediate support and guidance to ensure the safety of all personnel.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE roles, with a strong focus on the oil and gas sector.
- **MMUP (Municipal and Urban Planning)** and/or **NEBOSH certification** is **mandatory**.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong understanding of risk management, accident investigation, and safety audits.
- Ability to lead safety training sessions and conduct emergency response drills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and stakeholders.
- Proficient in preparing safety documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure environments.
