Responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance and quality control systems for offshore oil & gas EPCIC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, and Commissioning) projects. The role ensures compliance with client specifications, international codes and standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality management systems. The QA/QC Manager will oversee inspection, testing, auditing, and reporting to drive continuous improvement and deliver defect-free project outcomes.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**

Quality Management & Compliance
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in line with corporate QA/QC procedures, ISO standards, and client requirements.
- Ensure compliance with international codes/standards (API, ASME, AWS, ISO 9001, ISO 17025, etc.), project specifications, and contractual obligations.
- Liaise with client representatives, classification societies, and third-party agencies for inspections and approvals.

**Project Execution**
- Monitor and control quality activities during engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases.
- Review and approve method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), quality procedures, welding procedures (WPS/PQR), and material certifications.
- Manage quality surveillance at subcontractor and vendor facilities, ensuring equipment and materials meet specified requirements.

**Inspection & Testing**
- Lead a team of QA/QC Engineers and Inspectors (civil, mechanical, piping,electrical, instrumentation, NDT, coating, welding).
- Ensure effective inspection coverage for structural steel, piping, subsea equipment, offshore structures, and installation aids.
- Oversee NDT, FAT, SIT, hydrotesting, load testing, coating, and offshore inspection activities.

**Auditing & Reporting**
- Plan and conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance with QA/QC standards.
- Identify non-conformities (NCRs), implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and track closure.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly quality reports to management and client representatives.
- Maintain project quality records, dossiers, and as-built documentation for final handover.

**Leadership & Coordination**
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to QA/QC staff and site teams.
