We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to join an international contractor working on a large-scale oil and gas construction project in Qatar.

The successful candidate will lead all aspects of Quality Assurance and Quality Control on this large scale LNG project, ensuring that construction, fabrication, and installation activities comply with international codes, client specifications, and project quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and client requirements.
  • Oversee and coordinate QA/QC teams, including inspectors, engineers, and document controllers.
  • Interface with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on all quality-related matters.
  • Conduct quality audits, inspections, and NCR management to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or HNC in Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 15 years of QA/QC experience, including at least 5 years in a management role on major LNG EPC projects in the Gulf Region

Proven experience working with international contractors in complex, multi-discipline construction environments.

Strong knowledge of ISO standards, ASME codes, API, and project QA/QC systems.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working on Qatar Gas project advantageous
